We will be serving shaved for the CPW participants to enjoy while promoting our awesome organization!

Shaved ice groceries (McCormick CK closet)
ICE! (McCormick ice machine; make sure two people are present, one to hold the door open and another scooping ice)
Wooden ATS stand + sign (Walker storage)

12:00 - 1:00 pm (Setup)

1:00 - 2:00pm (at least 3 at shaved ice, everyone else interacting w/ prefrosh)

2:00 - 3:00pm (at least 3 at shaved ice, everyone else interacting w/ prefrosh)

3:00 - 4:00pm (Cleanup)

Recap:

1. start earlier so to have buffer time to deal with some technical/unexpected problems 2. organize more DETAILS of jobs/tasks for volunteers

shaved ice:

- we SERVE. people get the shave ice until all of toppings are added.
- BOBA poster and spoon sent at the same time
- job, tasks:

A) 2+ ppl | shouting out/ inviting ppl

B) 1-2 ppl | shaving ice

C) 1-2 ppl | serving

D) 2(+) ppl | refilling (back)

E) 1-2 ppl | giving out spoons/ advertising

- refill: please cut the jelly efficiently/thoroughly. don't just give the opened can to the person serving at the desk
