Notes
Boba
Boba was ordered from Leisure Station, a new bubble tea place in Kendall: $1300 in cash for 800 regular cups. BTS was unresponsive this year so we couldn't get the mini cups in time. The cups were delivered to the back of Johnson in over 6 deliveries spaced every 20 minutes from 9:00 (prefrosh came at 9:50). The first two deliveries of about 300 cups disappeared within the first 15 minutes. After that, there was about 15 minutes of no tea. Next time, definitely have everything delivered before the event. Peak time is between 10pm and 11pm. The end was mostly MIT students.
DDR
Wei had to make several trips to Next House for DDR mat adaptors and another mat because one wasn't working. Next time, the event captains should make a more detailed checklist of all the DDR operating equipment. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and much entertainment was provided. Make sure people don't go twice if other prefrosh are waiting their turn.
