Notes

  • RSVP page set up 1 week in advance
  • Called the night before to make a reservation for 22 people (18 people RSVP'd, 24 people showed up ) at 12:00am
  • Called again at 11:40am to confirm/update # of people
  • Got there at 12:04am EST
  • Ended at 2:02pm
  • Dealt with non-members right before paying to deal with their subsidies/paying membership
  • **IMPORTANT Make sure to bring the cashbox with lots and lots of $1 and $5
