  • ~80 attendees
  • Freshman reps: Kevin Hu and Jennie Zheng

Notes

  • Since McCormick Dining closed at 8 PM we had to use MacGregor Dining
    • Pretty good space, had to transport cooking supplies from McCormick to Next though
  • Fridges at Next were not cold enough so some of the meat spoiled and the potstickers became a mess
    • Still had just the right amount of food though
    • Buy more drinks next time (this year we got 5 Asian drinks and had to get a thing of Arizona Tea from MacG)
  • Warn the freshmen rep candidates that they will have to give a short speech

Meats:

  • Beef & broccoli
  • Chicken drum sticks/wings (buy boneless next time!!)
  • Hong shao salmon
  • Kung Pao Chicken
  • Tofu with braised pork (fail)

Veggies:

  • Tomatoes and Eggs
  • Hong shao Eggplant
  • Bok choy
  • Chives and tofu

Rice and Noodles:

  • White Rice
  • Vegetarian Fried Rice
  • Vegetarian Noodles
  • Ginger's 10 spice pork lo mein

Desserts:

  • Strawberry mochi (very time consuming but yummy)
  • Nian Gao
