9:30pm-12:00am in Johnson ice Rink

We had 500 cups of boba tea and giant screen ddr available for the CPW participants to enjoy!

Materials

• 500 cups of boba - ($1000) ordered from Leisure Station, a new tea shop in Kendall
  • 150 Original
  • 150 Thai Iced Tea
  • 150 Jasmine
  • 50 Taro
• DDR pads
• Giant Screen

Notes

Boba will be delivered to the back of Johnson, on Vassar. I called Leisure Station 2 days before the event. I should have called places earlier. When I called Boston Tea stop they said we could get half size boba cups for $1.50 but we need to order at least a week in advance. It's better to get more mini sized cups to give out to more freshmen than to get more for your money. We had a lot of leftover boba because the second delivery of boba came at 10:15pm. Next time have everything delivered by 9:30pm at the latest. Most freshmen were gone by 10:40 pm because there was a baker party at 10:30pm.
