ATS cultural chairs in 2007 also one other exec (Jennifer Huang) to fill in with the two cultural chairs: Steven Mo and Christine.

Notes

Jobs are split up amongst the three clubs:

• entertainment is hard to do--lots of contacting and lots of hustle on the day of the event...
• food--ATS was in charge of food for 2007. Lots of soliciting during the summer, and talking to restaurants in the last month or so, and then picking up dropping off on the day of. stressful, but in retrospect not too bad
• publicity--Jenn Huang thinks this is the easy one. print posters, go poster, print tickets, reserve a booth to sell them. pretty straightforward, just please do tasks on time.
• finance--ARCADE, LEF, SPICE applications...getting money is always an issue. also need to get food people reimbursed...hopefully ON TIME.

From 2011 for food:

• Try to rent a truck/SUV zip car for maximum trunk space
• Line trunk with plastic sheeting or garbage bags to prevent damage.
• Depending on how much food, you will need a minimum of 2 hours of rental, or up to 4-5 hours if you need groceries/multiple locations.
